Company Policy
At KiwiLab, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions with professionalism, creativity, and transparency. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful relationship between our team and our clients. By working with KiwiLab, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
All services—including video production, digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Guarantee), and website creation—will follow the agreed project scope. Any additional features or requests not included in the original agreement may require a new proposal and additional fees.
2. Deadlines and Timelines
Project timelines will be established at the beginning of the contract. Delays caused by lack of client feedback, missing materials, or approval hold-ups may affect delivery dates. KiwiLab is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
3. Payment Terms
All services require a partial or full upfront payment before execution begins. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid as agreed in the contract. Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees.
4. Communication
All project communications should be conducted through official KiwiLab channels such as email, scheduled meetings, or agreed platforms. Clear and timely communication ensures project success and mutual satisfaction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by KiwiLab (videos, websites, designs, etc.) remains the property of KiwiLab until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership of final approved materials is transferred to the client.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information, materials, and strategies. KiwiLab will not share, disclose, or sell any client data or project content.
7. Ethical Marketing
KiwiLab does not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical advertising practices. We reserve the right to decline any project that violates our values or legal standards.
8. Revisions and Edits
Each project includes a limited number of revisions, which will be specified in the contract. Any additional changes may incur extra fees.
9. Support and Maintenance
Support for websites, ad campaigns, and other services is available as defined in the contract. Ongoing maintenance and updates must be requested through a separate agreement.
