Cancellations
At KiwiLab, we understand that plans may change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties. By engaging our services, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
1. Cancellations Before Project Start
If you cancel the service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus up to 30% of the total value. This amount covers administrative time, project planning, and resource allocation.
2. Cancellations After Project Has Started
Once the execution of a service has started (e.g. planning, scriptwriting, design, ad setup, or development), no refunds will be issued. Our services are personalized and involve time and labor from our team.
3. Monthly and Ongoing Services
For recurring services like ad management or website maintenance, you must notify us at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
4. Communication of Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

The cancellation will only be considered valid after confirmation from our team.
5. Project Pauses
If a client requests to pause the project after it has started, KiwiLab may hold the project for up to 30 days. After that period, the project may be closed and considered delivered as-is, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exceptional Cases
In specific situations (e.g. personal emergencies or technical impossibilities), KiwiLab may evaluate refund requests individually. However, we are not obligated to issue a refund beyond what is outlined in this policy.
