All services provided—such as video production, ad management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Guarantee), website creation, and digital marketing strategies—are tailored to your specific needs.
For this reason, refunds are not available once the execution of the service has begun.

 

2. Revisions and Corrections

If you notice any issues or need adjustments in your video, campaign, or website, you have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request revisions, as long as they are within the originally agreed scope.

 

3. Cancellations Before Execution

If you decide to cancel before the service has started, KiwiLab reserves the right to retain up to 30% of the total amount as a planning and preparation fee.

 

4. No Guarantee of Immediate Results

While our team works with professionalism and proven experience, digital marketing outcomes depend on several external factors. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on unachieved expectations, such as sales, clicks, or leads, unless specifically guaranteed by contract.
